1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Prxor AI services, including our website at prxor.com, our REST API, or our SMS interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Prxor AI provides a private, headless AI infrastructure service that enables:
- Document ingestion and vector indexing via REST API
- Natural language query processing using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Intelligent routing of queries across multiple AI model providers
- SMS-based query access via integrated Twilio messaging
The service is currently operated as a private, invitation-only platform. Access requires explicit authorization via Bearer token authentication.
3. Permitted Use
You may use Prxor AI solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary components of the service
- Use the API to generate, transmit, or store unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the service
- Use the service to infringe upon intellectual property rights of third parties
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute API access without explicit written consent
4. API Access & Authentication
API access requires a valid Bearer token. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials. Any activity conducted using your credentials is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your credentials.
5. Third-Party AI Providers
Prxor AI routes queries through third-party AI model providers including Anthropic, Google, Groq, and DeepSeek. Your use of Prxor AI is also subject to the terms of service of these underlying providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated responses for any particular purpose.
6. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all documents and content you ingest into the Prxor AI system. By ingesting content, you grant Prxor AI a limited license to process, embed, and retrieve that content solely for the purpose of providing the query response service to you.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to ingest all content you submit and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PRXOR AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional legal, medical, financial, or other specialized advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRXOR AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
9. SMS Messaging Terms
If you interact with Prxor AI via SMS:
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS communications
- Reply HELP to receive support information
- Message frequency varies based on your usage

10. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
