Privacy Policy
1. Overview
Prxor AI ("we," "our," or "us") is a private AI infrastructure service operated by an individual operator based in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with our services at prxor.com or via our API endpoints.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Usage Data: API request logs including timestamps, endpoints accessed, query length, and model routing decisions. We do not log the content of queries by default.
- Contact Information: If you contact us via email, we retain your email address and the content of your message solely to respond to your inquiry.
- SMS Communications: If you interact via our Twilio-powered SMS interface, your phone number and message content are processed to generate AI responses. Message content is not stored beyond the session.
- Technical Data: IP addresses and HTTP headers collected by Cloudflare and our origin server for security and rate-limiting purposes.
3. How We Use Information
Information collected is used exclusively to:
- Operate and improve the Prxor AI service
- Monitor system health, uptime, and API usage patterns
- Enforce rate limits and budget ceilings
- Respond to support or contact requests
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
Prxor AI routes queries through third-party AI model providers. When a query is processed, the query text and context are transmitted to the selected provider. Please review the privacy policies of these providers:

5. Data Retention
API access logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days for debugging and security purposes. Session-based conversation history is stored in memory only and is cleared when the server restarts. No conversation data is persisted to long-term storage.
6. Security
All API communications are encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS enforced through Cloudflare. Access to all functional endpoints requires Bearer token authentication. We follow industry-standard practices for securing our infrastructure.

8. Children's Privacy
Prxor AI is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
